Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and customer inquiries.

• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

• Schedule meetings and site visits with the design team.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into bookings.

• Present interior design packages and explain project offerings.

• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Google Sheets.

• Coordinate with designers to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• 2 –3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Interior Design, Real Estate, Furniture, or Home Décor.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
