Role Overview:
We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and results-driven Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads.
Conduct field visits to meet clients, architects, and contractors.
Present and promote company products and services effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, or interior-related sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Kannada; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Must be willing to spend significant time on fieldwork.
