 Location: Construction Site (Project-based / On-site), Brahmapur, Odisha

🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with contractors to deliver projects on time and within specifications.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📐 Supervise day-to-day construction work at site

• 🧱 Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans & specifications

• 👷 Coordinate with contractors, vendors & site workers

• 📊 Monitor material usage, quality & site progress

• 🧾 Maintain site reports, measurements & work records

• 🏗️ Ensure safety standards and site discipline

• 🔧 Resolve on-site technical issues and execution challenges

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

• 🎓 Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• 🕒 Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers can apply)

• 📏 Knowledge of construction methods & site execution

• 💻 Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Excel preferred

🧩 Skills Required

• ✔ Strong site coordination & supervision skills

• ✔ Understanding of RCC, finishing & structural work

• ✔ Ability to read drawings & BOQs

• ✔ Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• ✔ Good communication & team management ability
