Team Leader – Baskin Robbins
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage daily store operations, support staff, and ensure excellent customer service at our Baskin Robbins outlet.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the store team during shifts.
Ensure customers are served politely and efficiently.
Manage daily opening and closing of the outlet.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
Handle cash billing and support daily sales activities.
Train and guide team members in their daily work.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure staff follow company policies, grooming, and uniform standards.
Requirements:
Good communication and leadership skills.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Experience in retail, restaurant, café, or ice cream parlor operations is preferred.
