Location: Chennai Outlets Department: Operations – Food & Beverage Job Purpose: To provide prompt, courteous and hygienic service to customers at the food counter, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate billing and high customer satisfaction. Job Description: • Greet customers politely and take food orders accurately • Serve food items as per company standards and guidelines • Handle billing, cash, UPI and card transactions correctly • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area • Ensure food items are properly displayed and replenished • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times • Address basic customer queries and escalate issues when required • Adhere to company policies, discipline and grooming standards Skills & Requirements: • Basic Communication skills • Ability to handle cash & POS systems (good to have, if not, we will train) • Customer-friendly attitude and patience • Willingness to work in shifts Education & Experience: • Minimum qualification: +12/Any Degree • Freshers can apply; prior experience in food service is preferred Salary & Benefits: • Salary: Rs.15000 Gross pm + Incentives • Benefits: PF, ESIC, Free Food & Accomodation
