Floor Manager – Job Description

We are hiring a Floor Manager for a luxury showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily floor operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales performance.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day showroom floor operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience
• Supervise and guide sales staff on floor
• Assist customers with product selection and styling support
• Monitor sales performance and achieve targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and product display standards
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Coordinate with backend team for stock and inventory

🎯 Requirements:

• Experience in retail / showroom / boutique (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Presentable personality and professional attitude
• Basic understanding of fashion/retail industry
