Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and converting walk-in customers into successful sales. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers visiting the store.

• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

• Recommend suitable smartphones, laptops, tablets, accessories, and other electronic products.

• Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.

• Convert walk-in enquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Cross-sell and upsell accessories, protection plans, and other relevant products/services.

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches and offers.

• Explain pricing, promotions, exchange offers, warranties, and financing options to customers.

• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is neat and well organized.

• Coordinate with the store and operations team to ensure timely billing and product delivery.

• Maintain accurate sales and customer-related records.

• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

• Contribute towards achieving individual and store-level revenue targets.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
