Position overview: ZCCL is seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Customer Service Associate to drive retail sales within one of our 100+ company-owned, company-operated stores across India. This role is pivotal in maintaining the prestige of our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction, while driving sales. Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves communication, coordination, and maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a pleasant shopping experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on customer preferences or services.

• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.

• Prepare invoices, and handle billing processes.

• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper display of products.

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints courteously.

• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the stores performance.

• Coordinate with warehouse or inventory team for product availability.

• Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• HSC / Diploma in any discipline.

• 1 to 3 yrs Prior experience in customer service or Retail sales .

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving ability.

• Customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Time management skills.
