Job Title: Counter salesmen

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Textile/Floor Sales Executive to handle showroom sales, assist customers in selecting suitable textile and flooring products, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, product knowledge, and a strong understanding of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and understand their requirements.

• Explain product features, quality, pricing, and available options.

• Handle sales of textiles, carpets, rugs, curtains, upholstery fabrics, flooring materials, and related products.

• Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences, budget, and interior requirements.

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.

• Coordinate with inventory, billing, delivery, and installation teams when required.

• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads and pending orders.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

• Build long-term relationships with customers, interior designers, contractors, and other business clients.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in textile, flooring, furniture, home décor, or retail sales preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of textiles, flooring products, colours, patterns, and interior décor is an advantage.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work toward sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/CRM software is preferred.

• Positive attitude, presentable personality, and willingness to learn.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
