Job Summary

Just Baked (Cakes & Bakes) is hiring energetic and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executives for its retail outlets. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer sales, product display, billing, and delivering excellent customer service at the store counter.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and assist them in selecting bakery products.

• Achieve daily sales targets and increase counter sales.

• Maintain attractive product display and store cleanliness.

• Handle billing, cash collection, and POS operations.

• Inform customers about ongoing offers and promotions.

• Ensure proper stock handling and product availability.

• Build good customer relationships through polite communication.

• Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate.

• Age: 18 – 35 years preferred.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge for billing/POS operations.

• Freshers can apply; retail/FMCG/bakery experience preferred.

• Smart personality with positive attitude and sales mindset.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

• Bakery outlets

• Food & Beverage retail

• FMCG sales

• Counter sales/customer service

will be given preference.
