Job Description

Just Baked (Cakes & Bakes) is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented and motivated candidates for the position of Counter Sales Executive at multiple locations in Kolkata.

Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in customer service and retail sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attend to customers and understand their requirements.

2. Assist customers in selecting cakes, bakery products and other items.

3. Handle counter sales and ensure excellent customer service.

4. Maintain product displays and ensure proper presentation of products.

5. Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.

6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the sales counter.

7. Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
