We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle in-store sales, assist customers with product inquiries and demonstrations, negotiate deals, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features, benefits, and pricing.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
Handle negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents accurately.
Maintain proper display and stock arrangement of products at the counter.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the inventory and accounts team for smooth sales operations.
Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
