Roles and responsibilites in Counter Sales:
Attend and assist walk-in wholesale buyers, resellers, and trade clients.
Understand client needs and suggest bulk order options based on design, weight, price range, and utility.
Build long-term relationships with frequent or high-value buyers and provide personalized service.
Follow up with potential leads or inquiries for repeat business and order confirmations.
Share product catalogues, price lists, and GST-compliant quotations.
Negotiate discounts, credit terms, and delivery timelines in coordination with management.
Stay updated on silver articles stock (utensils, religious items, gifting products, decor, etc.) for bulk orders.
Understand weight-wise pricing, hallmarking standards, and purity grades for B2B communication.
Coordinate for custom or personalized silver articles as per client needs (logos, bulk gifting, etc.).
Assist in planning trade exhibitions or bulk sale promotions.
