Job Description:
•Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection

•Take orders accurately and handle billing through POS systems

•Serve bakery products, desserts, and beverages as per brand standards

•Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the store and display counters

•Ensure proper handling and presentation of products

•Follow food safety, quality, and SOP guidelines strictly

•Manage high customer footfall efficiently, especially during peak hours

•Address basic customer queries and ensure a delightful experience
