Job Title: Counter Sales Staff

Job Responsibilities:

- Attend and assist customers at the counter.

- Explain products, prices, and offers to customers.

- Handle billing and cash/UPI payments.

- Pack products properly and hand them over to customers.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the counter.

- Check stock availability and inform the supervisor about low stock.

- Maintain good customer service and handle customer queries politely.

- Prepare daily counter sales reports.

- Follow company rules and maintain proper hygiene and discipline.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of billing and UPI/cash payments.

- Basic computer knowledge preferred.

- Previous counter sales/retail experience is an advantage.

- Freshers can also apply.

- Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.

Location: Chembur / Mulund / Matunga, Mumbai
