Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Welcome customers as they enter, understand their requirements, and provide instant product recommendations or solutions. [1, 2]
Order & Transaction Management: Accurately take orders, operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process cash/digital payments, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts. [1, 2]
Inventory & Stocking: Monitor store supplies, restock merchandise on shelves, and report shortages to the store manager. [1, 2]
Hygiene & Maintenance: Ensure the service counter, dining/retail floor, and displays remain clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards. [1, 2]
