Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide information about items.

• Handle billing and cash/card payments using POS systems.

• Pack products carefully and present them attractively.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter area.

• Stock display counters with products and keep them well-arranged.

• Communicate customer feedback to the manager.

• Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Coordinate with the kitchen/packing team for order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English).

• Presentable and well-groomed.

• Prior experience in food retail/hospitality is an advantage.

• Polite, honest, and customer-focused.

• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
