Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly manner
Understand customer requirements and suggest cakes, pastries & add-ons
Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately
Maintain display of cakes and ensure proper stock arrangement
Take custom cake orders and coordinate with kitchen team
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the counter
Upsell products and achieve daily sales targets
