కౌంటర్ సేల్స్

Ø  Responsible to sell the food items across the counter and in the auditorium.

Ø  Responsible to promote all promotions associated with brand partners related to Box Office / Food & Beverage.

Ø  Prepares the wooden tray, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks.

Ø  Responsible to collect cash for each sale done.

Ø  Responsible to record the sale and cash collected at the end of each shift.

Ø  Responsible to use the POS for recording the sale.

Ø  Responsible to record all items received at the counter at the beginning – during the shift.

Ø  Responsible to check the quality of the items being placed in the warmer and cold case.

Ø  Responsible to arrange and serve the food as per the hygiene standard using gloves and tongs.

Ø  Responsible to use dispensing machine for coffee – tea – coke.

Ø  Responsible to use selling devices such as hand held and PDA devices.

Ø  Responsible to keep clean work area like food counter – warmers - cold cases – dispensing machine

- Popcorn maker and floors are clean.

Ø  Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items…etc.

Ø  Presenting menus, suggesting dishes, assisting in drink selection, informing customers about food preparation details, communicating specific customer needs to the commis.

Ø  Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.

Ø  Prepare mixed drinks for service to the customers table.

Ø  Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.

Ø  Filling in for absent staff as needed.

Ø  Assisting with special events as needed.

Ø  Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.

Ø  Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
