Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive for our Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing jewellery collections, providing product information, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

• Explain product features, diamond specifications, pricing, and ongoing offers.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes.

• Maintain showroom display standards and product presentation.

• Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for stock availability.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

• Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Maintain customer records and sales reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and showroom procedures.
