Job Summary
We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail sales. The candidate should have a good personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers, recommend products, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, designs, sizes, colours, and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting suitable fashion products.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is neat and organised.
Manage billing and payments, if required.
Maintain product stock and coordinate with the store team.
Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in counter sales, fashion retail, or showroom sales.
Good personality and professional appearance.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of fashion products and retail sales.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
Qualification
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
