Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate who will be responsible for driving store sales, assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Experience

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs, preferences, and sizes.

• Explain product features, benefits, fabric, quality, and pricing.

• Drive sales by achieving individual and store sales targets.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to improve the average transaction value.

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.

2. Store Operations

• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock arrangement.

• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation.

• Ensure products are properly tagged, folded, and arranged.

• Support daily opening and closing activities.

• Handle billing, cash management, and POS operations accurately.

• Coordinate with the Store Manager for stock replenishment and inventory management.

3. Inventory Management

• Assist in receiving and checking incoming stock.

• Ensure accurate stock counting and inventory records.

• Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies to the Store Manager.

• Support stock audits and inter-store stock transfers.

4. Teamwork & Discipline

• Follow company policies, attendance, grooming, and uniform guidelines.

• Maintain punctuality and discipline at the workplace.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store targets.

• Participate in product training and sales development sessions.

• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and daily store activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-centric approach with good selling abilities.

• Basic understanding of billing and POS systems.

• Willingness to learn about healthcare apparel and product categories.

• Positive attitude, ownership, and ability to work in a team.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
