Job Title: Sales Associate – Jewelry Kiosk

Location: Inorbit Mall Vashi/Seawood Central mall, Navi Mumbai

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM

Job Objective

To act as the face of the brand, engaging mall visitors and converting passersby into customers by demonstrating the unique value of our anti-tarnish and high-quality fashion jewelry.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Active Sales & Engagement: Proactively greet customers walking past the kiosk. Do not just wait for them to approach; create interest through friendly engagement.

Product Demonstration: Expertly show jewelry pieces, helping customers try them on and suggesting styles that suit their look or the occasion.

The "Anti-Tarnish" Pitch: Clearly explain the technical benefits of the product ( base metal, waterproof coating, skin-friendly/nickel-free) to justify the quality and durability.

Target Achievement: Work with a sales-driven mindset to meet daily and weekly revenue targets.

Kiosk Presentation: Maintain a "sparkling" display. Ensure all pieces are polished, correctly tagged, and arranged according to the brand’s visual standards.

Inventory Management: Conduct daily opening and closing stock counts to ensure zero discrepancy.

Requirements & Skills

Convincing Power: Ability to handle objections (e.g., "Why is this more expensive than local market jewelry?") and close the sale.

Grooming: Must maintain a neat, professional, and fashionable appearance.

Communication: Fluent in Hindi and basic English (Marathi is a plus for Navi Mumbai clientele).

Punctuality: Strict adherence to the 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM shift to ensure the kiosk is never unattended during mall hours
