Counter Sales Executive
Location: Embassy, Domlur Tech Park, Bangalore
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 + ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 incentives
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and assist with product enquiries and purchases.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and services.
-Promote products through cross-selling, up-selling, and sampling.
- Handle billing and basic computer-related store work.
- Maintain product display, stock, and cleanliness of the counter.
- Handle returns/exchanges as per company policy.
- Attend to customer queries and provide good customer service.
-Coordinate with the team and report customer feedback to the Store Manager.
-Stay updated on new products, offers, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable with sales and product sampling.
- Retail/counter sales experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
-Kannada is mandatory
