The Job Profile (Duties & Responsibilities):-

1.     Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers.

2.     Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations

3.     Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing service gaps proactively.

4.     Maintaining accurate customer records, reports, and communication updates in CRM software.

5.     Understanding customer needs and requirements to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

6.     Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

7.     Payment follow-up and direct communication with the client.

8.     Follow ups with the sales persons to track their performance.

9.     Payment Clearance and client calling for ageing.

10.  Managing the MD's schedule: Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

11.  Coordinating communications: Taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.

12.  Handling confidential information: Ensuring discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive data.

13.  Preparing reports and documents: Drafting and reviewing communications on behalf of the MD.

14.  Acting as a liaison: Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to support the MD's directives.
