We are seeking a well-spoken, customer-focused Counter Sales Executive for our Gold Jewellery section. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing gold jewellery collections, driving sales, and ensuring excellent in-store experience.
Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Showcase gold jewellery designs with product knowledge (purity, weight, pricing, making charges, hallmarking).
Recommend suitable products based on customers’ preferences and budget.
Ensure smooth sales transactions, billing, and documentation.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
Maintain deep understanding of gold categories (22K/24K), designs, craftsmanship, and current market trends.
Handle jewellery carefully and maintain product display, cleanliness, and arrangement.
Stay updated on daily gold rates and store offers/promotions.
Build trust and long-term relations with customers.
Resolve customer queries or concerns with a professional approach.
Provide after-sales assistance including repair, exchange, or customization information.
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
1–5 years of experience in jewellery counter sales, preferably in gold section.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
