Location: Chawri Bazar, Old Delhi
Position: Counter Sales Executive
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: As per industry standards

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and assist them with product inquiries.

• Handle counter sales of valves, pipes, pipe fittings, and related industrial products.

• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requirements.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

• Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for product availability and dispatch.

• Manage billing, order processing, and basic sales documentation.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Counter Sales Executive.

• Experience in valves, pipes, pipe fittings, plumbing materials, industrial hardware, or related products is mandatory.

• Prior work experience in shops/markets of Old Delhi such as Chawri Bazar, Chandni Chowk, Hauz Qazi, or Sadar Bazar will be preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of billing and sales processes.

• Ability to work independently and manage customer queries efficiently.
