Job Responsibilities:
• Handle wholesale counter sales and customer enquiries
• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Prepare quotations, bills, and sales orders
• Maintain customer records and coordinate with the sales team
• Handle product enquiries and provide suitable product information
• Follow up with customers and support repeat business
• Maintain the counter and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in wholesale/counter sales preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of billing, MS Excel, and sales documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Candidates with wholesale market experience will be preferred
