Job Responsibilities:

• Attend customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.

• Explain products, features, prices, offers, and availability to customers.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products.

• Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

• Prepare bills/invoices and handle basic cash or digital payments.

• Maintain proper display and arrangement of products at the counter.

• Maintain stock information and coordinate with the store/warehouse team.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide good customer service.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the sales counter.

• Support the team in achieving overall store sales targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-friendly attitude and positive approach.

• Basic knowledge of billing and computers.

• Ability to convince and assist customers.

• Candidates with prior retail/counter sales experience will be preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
