Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet shoppers immediately, understand their gifting or personal consumption needs, and offer tailored recommendations from the chocolate/sweet display.

• Product Knowledge: Educate customers on chocolate types (dark, milk, white, artisanal, sugar-free), ingredient origins, flavor notes, and seasonal/festive hampers.

• Display & Merchandising: Arrange chocolates, truffles, bonbons, cakes, and gift boxes neatly in glass display cases and shelves.

• Billing & Payments: Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI/digital transactions accurately.

• Packing & Customization: Elegantly pack chocolates, gift trays, or customized hampers according to customer requests.

• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor daily stock levels, assist with shelf-restocking, report low-inventory items to the store manager, and check expiration dates.

• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and keep the counter, weighing scales, packing area, and display glass spotless
