Recommend suitable pet food, treats, accessories, toys, grooming products, and healthcare items.
Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays at the sales counter.
Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well-organized.
Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and reporting low stock levels.
Explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers.
Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow store policies related to hygiene, safety, and customer service
