Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card transactions
Maintain product display and ensure the counter area is clean and organized
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Provide product information, offers, and promotions to customers
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain stock records and coordinate with the inventory team
