Vighnesh Gaming Zone in Dombivli (East) is hiring a customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. This role requires a positive attitude and responsibilities such as handling queries , managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹12000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service – Greet and assist customers, explain pricing, and ensure a smooth gaming experience.
System & Zone Management – Allocate systems, maintain cleanliness, and keep gaming setups ready.
Technical Handling – Do basic troubleshooting, update games, and keep accessories organized/charged.
Billing & Records – Handle payments, issue receipts, and update booking/usage logs accurately.
Sales & Promotions – Promote passes, memberships, offers, and café items to customers.
Safety & Closing Duties – Prevent misuse/damage of equipment and follow proper opening/closing procedures.
