Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Navsari. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Handle existing customers and maintain good relationships.

• Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.

• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.

• Prepare quotations and sales reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years in Sales/Business Development.

• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.

• Gujarati and Hindi communication skills preferred.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
