Counter Sales Executive – Jewellery Brand

Job Overview

We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive for a reputed jewellery brand. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery products, and driving sales at the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the store.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

• Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers, and other details.

• Handle customer queries and provide an excellent in-store experience.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store revenue.

• Maintain proper product display and store presentation.

• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

• Handle billing and basic store operations as required.

• Maintain awareness of current jewellery trends and products.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months of experience in the Jewellery industry preferred.

• Candidates with 1 year of experience in Apparel, Watches, or Electronics can also apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Strong convincing and selling abilities.

• Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in a retail/store environment.

• Freshers may not be preferred; relevant retail sales experience is required.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
