Job Description

We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, handling sales, and maintaining the counter area.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.

• Explain product features, prices, offers, and availability.

• Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

• Prepare bills and handle cash/UPI/card payments.

• Maintain proper product display and cleanliness at the counter.

• Check stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain basic sales and stock records.

• Follow company policies and maintain professional behaviour with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.

• Freshers can apply; sales experience will be an advantage.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of billing and digital payments.

• Should be polite, energetic, and willing to learn.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
