Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Jewellery Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant and professional personality, and a passion for customer service and sales. She will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing product information, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

• Explain product features, designs, gold purity, diamonds, gemstones, and other jewellery-related information.

• Guide customers in making informed purchase decisions.

• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented attractively.

• Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, and ongoing promotions.

• Female candidate ONLY.

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in jewellery sales, retail sales, or customer service.

• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
