We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Ice Cream Parlour Assistant to help manage day-to-day shop operations. The role involves preparing ice creams, shakes, and sundaes, handling billing, and actively selling packaged items while ensuring a great customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage the ice cream parlour during working hoursPrepare and serve ice creams, shakes, sundaes, and desserts as per brand standardsHandle billing and payments accurately (cash, UPI, cards, etc.)Promote and sell packaged items like ice creams, chocolates, and other productsMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop, counters, and equipmentManage basic stock checks and inform about low inventoryHandle customers politely and ensure quick, cheerful serviceSkills & Requirements:Basic understanding of POS billing and cash handlingAbility to make / prepare shakes and sundaes and quick bites (training can be provided)Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitudeWillingness to learn and multitaskHonest, punctual, and responsiblePrior experience in a food outlet or ice cream parlour is a plusWhat We Offer:Stable job with regular working hoursTraining and supportFriendly work environmentOpportunity to grow with the businessJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:Food handling: 1 years (Required)
