Job Summary

Age 18 to 27

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Cinema Counter Staff to manage the food and beverage counter. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve popcorn, beverages, snacks, and combo meals to customers.

• Handle cash, UPI, debit/credit card, and other digital payments through the POS (Point of Sale) system.

• Ensure accurate billing and issue receipts.

• Upsell food items, beverages, and promotional combo offers.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the food counter and work area.

• Refill food items, beverages, and packaging materials as required.

• Ensure food items are displayed properly and stocked at all times.

• Resolve basic customer queries professionally.

• Follow company SOPs related to food safety, hygiene, and cash handling.

• Coordinate with supervisors for smooth daily operations.

• Maintain daily sales records and cash reconciliation.

• Ensure proper grooming and maintain a professional appearance.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service-oriented attitude.

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Honest, punctual, and responsible.

• Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, or food service is preferred.
