Required BA / B com graduate for counter sales of engineering parts.
He should know Tally system and some sales experience
Contact for customers, responsible for greeting clients, understanding their needs, recommending products, and processing transactions. Key duties include providing expert product advice, maintaining inventory, handling inquiries, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers immediately, assist with product selection, and resolve complaints promptly.
Sales Generation: Utilize product knowledge to recommend, up-sell, and cross-sell items to meet sales targets.
Order Processing: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and inventory management via POS systems.
Inventory & Display: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales area.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of products to educate customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience: Previous experience in retail, counter sales, or customer service.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems
Attributes: Outgoing personality, strong math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
