Position:

Retail Counter Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

Welcome customers with a warm and professional approach.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and schemes clearly.
Deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with billing, inventory, and other showroom teams.
Follow all showroom SOPs, safety, and security guidelines.
Support store operations during promotions and festive sales.

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Experience in jewellery or retail sales will be preferred.
