Assist customers at the jewelry counter with product selection
Maintain knowledge of gold, diamond & gemstone jewelry
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Manage jewelry display, counter arrangement, and product presentation
Achieve sales targets and maintain daily sales reports
Coordinate with the billing, stock, and back-office teams
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline at the counter
Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely and efficiently
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Pleasant personality and positive attitude
Basic product knowledge of jewelry (training will be provided)
