Counter Sales Executive – Stalls & Exhibitions

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive to represent KEIIARRA at our stalls, exhibitions and pop-up events.

The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, explaining our fragrances, candles, bath products and gifting products, and converting customer interest into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers visiting the stall.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product features, fragrances, pricing and offers.

• Conduct fragrance/product demonstrations and trials.

• Achieve daily and event-wise sales targets.

• Upsell and cross-sell products, combos and gift sets.

• Handle billing, UPI/card/cash payments accurately.

• Maintain proper stock and report stock requirements.

• Keep the stall clean, organized and attractive.

• Maintain excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.

• Maintain daily sales and stock reports.

• Collect customer enquiries and feedback.

• Represent the KEIIARRA brand professionally at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

• Prior experience in retail/counter sales, exhibitions, pop-ups, FMCG, beauty, fragrance, gifting or lifestyle products is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Confident and comfortable approaching customers.

• Presentable, well-groomed and energetic.

• Basic knowledge of digital payments and billing.

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as per event requirements.

• Willingness to travel to different stall/event locations when required.
