Counter Sales Executive

a)      Customer Service: Warmly greet customers upon entry and offer assistance tailored to their needs.

b)      Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about store products, services, and ongoing promotions.

c)      Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

d)      Product Assistance: Guide customers in locating products within the store, offering personalized recommendations as needed.

e)      Sales Promotion: Actively promote and upsell products to enhance the overall shopping experience and meet sales targets.

f)       Returns & Exchanges: Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.

g)      Store Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of current sales, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively.

h)      Restocking & Display: Assist in restocking shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively to maximize visibility.

i)        Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify management of low stock items to prevent shortages.

j)        Stock Checks: Participate in periodic stock checks and assist with inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.

k)      Merchandising: Maintain attractive and organized product displays, ensuring all pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up-to-date.

l)        Promotional Setup: Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal changes, ensuring they are visually appealing and strategically placed.

m)   Customer Environment: Create a welcoming and positive environment that enhances the customer experience and encourages repeat visits.

n)      Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free sales floor and assist with store opening and closing duties while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

o)     Perform various tasks as and when given by the senior management
