Westside, a leading fashion retail brand and a unit of Trent Limited, is hiring energetic and customer-focused candidates for Sales Associate and Sales Associate – Apprentice positions across Mumbai city.

Position Overview & Salary Details :-

• Sales Associate (Counter Sales Staff)- Full-Time Permanent Job

  Salary Details:- ₹14,400 in-hand/month + PF + Store Incentives ₹1,000–₹4,000 + Store Bonus ₹2,800

• Sales Associate – Apprentice - 6 Months Contractual job

  Salary Details :- ₹11,875 in-hand/month + ₹1,500 Govt. Stipend + Store Incentives ₹1,000–₹4,000

Westside Store, Sir Mathurdas Vasanji Road, Chakala, Andheri East, Near Sangam Theatre

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, understand their requirements, assist with product selection and answer queries regarding price, size and fashion trends.

2. Sales Support: Promote cross-selling and upselling, and inform customers about ongoing store discounts and promotional offers.

3. Billing & Transactions: Process customer purchases accurately at the cash counter and follow store billing procedures.

4. Store Upkeep: Ensure racks and shelves are neat, fully stocked and properly organized with the latest merchandise.

5. Inventory Management: Assist with daily stock management, track returns and coordinate with the Store Manager.

Candidate Eligibility & Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–6 months of retail experience may also apply.

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

• Candidate should be well-groomed, presentable and customer-friendly.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer handling and basic product demonstration abilities.

• Basic familiarity with store inventory or billing procedures is an advantage.

• Mandatory Documents: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card and 10th Marksheet.

5. Working Conditions

Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day.

Shift: Rotational shifts; total shift duration is 9.5 hours at the store.

Male candidates: Second shift.

Female candidates: First shift.
