ఫుల్ టైమ్
· Reporting as per the Shifts decided by the outlets – 8:30am, 12.30pm or Break Shift.
· Leaving the Outlets ONLY after completing the DAY’S WORK / AS PER Retail requirement.
· FESTIVAL SEASONS: Timings will be as per the Management / manager as per operations of Branches.
· Weekly-Off : 1 week off in a week on rotational basis / as planned by the management.
· Dusserra / Diwali : No Long leaves are approved during seasons.
· If worked without availing week-off – OT1 is paid extra as 1 day salary
· If worked on NH – OT2 is paid as extra if worked.
· If worked only for 15days or less : Salary pay-out will not be considered as it is the Training period.
· In case of resignation / termination – 30days notice period should be served or management is liable to hold all the benefits entrusted for employee.
· Uniforms are provided by Asha, In case the employee leaves with / without information within 8months – Uniform deductions will be considered in the lat
pay-out.
