Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to handle counter sales, customer enquiries, inbound calls, and B2C sales. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining product features, understanding their requirements, and generating sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and manage counter sales.

• Attend incoming customer calls and respond to product enquiries.

• Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Generate sales and follow up with potential customers.

• Coordinate with the team regarding customer orders and product availability.

• Maintain customer records and basic sales reports.

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Experience in counter sales, retail sales, or B2C sales.

• Good customer handling and communication skills.

• Ability to explain products and convince customers.

• Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to handle customer calls and sales enquiries.

• Comfortable handling both walk-in customers and telephone enquiries.

• Interested in achieving sales targets and providing good customer service.

Salary : ₹30,000 onwards, depending on experience and interview performance, plus applicable incentives.

Note: Final salary and incentives will be as per company policy and candidate experience.
