  • Operate POS (billing) system and issue bills/receipts

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper display of bakery products at the counter

  • Pack bakery items carefully as per customer requirements

  • Handle customer queries and complaints courteously

  • Maintain daily cash records and assist in end-of-day cash reconciliation

  • Monitor stock at the counter and inform management of low inventory

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
