We are looking for a Cashier Cum Computer Operator to join our team at Pintoo Garments to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities. + Yearly Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Billing & Transactions: Scan garment barcodes, enter SKU codes, apply seasonal discounts or promo codes, and generate bills using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Payment Collection: Accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallet transfers, ensuring correct change is given and receipts are handed out.

• Returns & Exchanges: Process garment exchanges or store credit according to showroom return policies.

• Cash Management: Count the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, match daily collection totals with POS sales reports, and report any discrepancies.

• Customer Care: Greet shoppers warmly, answer basic queries regarding prices or sizes, and fold or bag purchased clothing items neatly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
