A reputed luxury automobile dealership is seeking passionate and target-driven Sales Executives to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automobile sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for new and pre-owned luxury vehicles.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and showroom interactions to promote vehicle sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable models and finance options.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Stay updated with product features, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales (luxury or premium segment preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management abilities.
Willingness to work in field and showroom sales environments.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
