Job Title: Sales Executive – Luxury Automobile Dealer

Locations:

• Maheshtala – Field Sales

• Baruipur – Field Sales

• EM Bypass – Retail Sales
  Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

Company Overview:

A reputed luxury automobile dealership is seeking passionate and target-driven Sales Executives to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automobile sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for new and pre-owned luxury vehicles.

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and showroom interactions to promote vehicle sales.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable models and finance options.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

• Stay updated with product features, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales (luxury or premium segment preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong client relationship management abilities.

• Willingness to work in field and showroom sales environments.

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
